Kaiketsu Lion Maru vs Tiger Joe, one of the main plots of the series. our hero and his sidekicks battle a vast array of monsters, but Tiger Joe is not quite one of them. this is the first time I've used some Japanese characters in the title of a post for this blog.
this is one series I'd greatly enjoy seeing subtitled. it was really popular, running over 50 episodes. it combined samurai, henshin, mysticism and some spaghetti western elements (the music, most notably).
