this is a very clever and funny little movie. Veronica Lake is a great actress. I think this was the first movie I ever saw her in, and she holds her own in comedy chops.
some people have said this is an inspiration for "Bewitched" and it wouldn't surprise me if it was, and I like it more than "Bell, Book and Candle" which also has similar elements.
