I actually don't remember seeing any of the Micronauts commercials at all in this time period, but I didn't need them. I was captivated by the amazing array of vehicles and robots that were presented to us when I saw them in K-Mart for the first time. then the comic book came out and I loved them even more. that first 12 issue run is really great. I wish Marvel could reprint it sometime.
my brother and I owned a lot of them, though he kept getting them since he was younger, and I had to start getting shoes and socks for presents. I could have gone barefoot a little longer!

My Micronauts memories are mostly tied to TG&Y. Another flashback to the 1970s.
Marvel did a reprint series on nicer paper back in the 80s of those exact issues. Hmmmmm!

I got a lot of Megos from TG&Y, but for some reason they didn't carry the Micronauts. weird, huh?
That is pretty strange, since I think that was where I got almost all of mine!
I had this faint memory of it existing, and sure enough, there it was. If you don't get them before then, I'll keep that in mind next time I make a comics order. Hopefully, it won't be a fiasco like the last one!

I think K-Mart was always cheaper than TG&Y. I got all my 8mm films from the K as well.
