Frankenstein, Jr.: The Menace of the Heartless Monster (BLB #16)

I had this book when I was a kid, probably got it when I couldn't quite understand the concept of the book.  not that it's incredibly esoteric or anything, but by the time I got old enough to actually read the darn thing it had started disintegrating- covers gone, pages missing (what do you want for a $.39 book, after all?).  I'd love to get another copy of it, as Franky, Jr is a favorite of mine now.  wonder why they never did an Impossibles book.  it's hard to find information on these books if you don't actually own one.  the books are almost 300 pages, though half of them are drawings, so it's not that long a story.

from what I remember the story is Frankenstein, Jr vs Krankenstein, a robot built from possibly stolen plans from Professor Conroy.  the trick is- and one can get this from the title of the book- Krankenstein has no heart so is evil.  the end is pretty easily figured out, especially from an adult point of view.

just saw this though- almost worth the price they are charging for DVDrs- "Frankenstein Jr. and the Impossibles - 'The Complete Series' Now For Sale: Cost, Box, Video Clip, EXTRAS!"
