here's the first color cartoon aired on TV in the US. it's Colonel Bleep and it sure doesn't look like anything else you've ever seen. unless you've seen this cartoon, that is. I find the style charming but it's very frenetic and it's mostly narration used to describe nearly every detail of the action.
I'll write a bit more about the cartoon in a bit, but here's the first cartoon and the reason Col. Bleep is on Earth.
