Since there's all this talk of a new Thunderbirds show (it's gotten good reviews, despite the always weird looking CGI people) I recently watched the original movie. I'm in more awe than ever at how they did it. It took a while to find the best looking trailer on youtube.
Between all the marionettes and the miniatures and the explosions and other effects, it's staggering that the movie could work. It's also got a good script and everything else it needs to be exciting.
