In this segment, Rick, the self styled People's Poet, is upset at a comic book Vivian is reading, even though it's RICK's comic book. I wonder which comic book it was. Yeah, that's just what nerds do, once they get over laughing at the inherent silliness that happens. There's still a bit of the 60s Batman influence showing up here.
One of the fun things about British shows was you learned cool words and slang, and that things really were different in the rest of the world. Paying for a TV license? That sounded so odd. And thinking Motorhead was "pop music" is also a bit unusual. But for now, enjoy the People's Poem. RIP Rik.
