The Iron Maiden

From the Female Villains Wiki- Iron Maiden was the villainess in T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agents #1, 3-5 and Dynamo #1-4. Iron Maiden was one of the world's most renowned criminals who at one time worked for the Overlord.  She was romantically interested in one of the T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agents Leonard Brown, a.k.a. Dynamo. She had captured him for the Warlord trying to force him to reveal the secrets of his Thunderbelt. However, he refused and proved able to resist her truth serum. Iron Maiden was impressed and became infatuated with him.

Me- not much backstory is given to "Rusty" as Len "Dynamo" Brown calls her.   She's got a great look and costume, and the interplay between her and Dynamo is great.  I think she was supposed to have red hair, hence the Rusty nickname, but I don't remember exactly.  I have three of the IDC volumes, and would like to get the others.  This picture by the late, great George Perez is awesome, though.
