I was reminded of this song (and video) today from an experience a few years ago at a bar. It's one of the better hair metal songs of the time, and the video is pretty funny, though that got the band in some hot water later on. Parents seemed to think a metal show would be family friendly for some reason after this video.
Still, any song that can use "trite and jaded" and "condescending" in the lyrics is pretty good in my book. I'm still at a loss to see how wearing makeup like that would be a good idea, but it made the band memorable for a while, though they wisely got rid of it quickly.
