despite the changes to the costume and character (which really make no sense at all) this is one bang up serial. it's very enjoyable to watch if one doesn't go all comic book geeky on it.
of course, since I still have that in me, I bet this is the one they licensed so that the REAL Cap wouldn't have his secret I.D. blown while fighting spies. how's that?
