I love finding all the old television ads for monster movies on the internet. I did add some color to this one, since the zine is published in color these days and it helps make it stand out a bit more. I don't recall seeing too many of these in the mid-to-late 70s, by the time I was actively looking for monster movies. It seems they disappeared completely by the 80s, as cable started the homogenization of the country's television stations. I am sure places still got these, but ol' Fossil Bed sure didn't! I am also grateful to people who saved them, since who would have even thought that would be a thing. Certainly not many kids of my vintage.
Oddly enough, the digital revolution of TV provided a lot more channels to show a wider variety of older movies and series, which is nice to see again. I did see Dagora, The Space Monster a couple times on television back in those days, but didn't realize it was almost a comedy back then.
