RIP Peter David

From Wiki- Peter Allen David (September 23, 1956 – May 24, 2025),[3][4][5] often abbreviated PAD,[6] was an American writer of comic books, novels, television, films, and video games.[7] His notable comic book work includes an award-winning 12-year run on The Incredible Hulk, as well as runs on Aquaman, Young Justice, SpyBoy, Supergirl, Fallen Angel, Spider-Man, Spider-Man 2099, Captain Marvel, and X-Factor.  Back to me:

I always enjoyed Peter's work.  I am pretty sure I met him a few times in the 90s at San Diego Comic Con.  I loved his column "But I Digress..." in the Comic Buyers Guide and I saved several of his stories.  The way Sam Beckett leapt into the body of Vincent (of Beauty and the Beast) and saved Catherine's life, then leapt into Dr. Zachary Smith at the end... oh boy... and all of his other observations.  His work on the Hulk was and is still an influence on Marvel to this day.  This is a sad day.  RIP Peter.  Thank you for the wonderful work.
