Villain of the Week- A.J. Arno

A.J. Arno is the main antagonist of the Dexter Reilly (renamed Dexter Riley) trilogy. He is a corrupt businessman and leader of several illegal operations in the town of Medfield, Massachusetts. He is the archenemy of Dexter Rilley, the protagonist of the franchise. 

He is played by Cesar Romero who looks like he is having a great time being a villain.  He is also quite funny, which should come as no surprise.
