here's Joan Jett's signature song (well, the one she wrote, anyway). this was made after "I Love Rock n Roll" was a hit. her backing band was studio musicians on the first album, as opposed to the Blackhearts in the video.
this was censored on eMpTV back in the day, since Joan flipped the bird in the song. what a reason. it's a pretty self explanatory video, but she was considered a non-seller and had to release the first album herself, selling it out of vans after the shows they put on. so many record companies turned her down. lame.
