Villain of the Week- Marvel's Loki

 From Wiki-  A version of Loki made his first Marvel Comics appearance in Timely Comics' publication Venus #6 (August 1949),^[7] where Loki is depicted as a member of the Olympian gods. Planning to spread hate, he convinces Jupiter to let him travel to the realm of Earth, using Venus already being allowed onto it as his justification. Venus pledges herself to Loki's service to stop his plans, with Jupiter seeing her unselfish act and freeing her from the pledge, with Loki subsequently being sent back to the Underworld. The modern-age Loki made his first official Marvel appearance in Journey into Mystery #85 (Oct. 1962), where Loki is reintroduced as Thor's sworn enemy. The modern age Loki was introduced by brothers and co-writers Stan Lee and Larry Lieber and was redesigned by Jack Kirby.

As one of Thor's arch-nemeses, Loki has frequently made appearances in Thor-related titles like Journey into Mystery and Thor, as well as other Marvel Universe titles such as The Avengers and X-Men, and brief appearances in the Spider-Man and The Defenders comic series. now back to me: 

710. The Saga of Viking Women and a Sea Serpent! 1958

                 This is a movie I think I would have enjoyed back in the pre-video days.  It is a fun adventure movie, and has a sea serpent in it!

438. The D'Aulaires Books of Greek and Norse Stories!

             These books are great, and I have loved them for over 50 years.  You can find them in book sellers everywhere.

HOTW- Thor

From Wiki- Deeming him too arrogant, Odin banishes Thor to modern day Earth with no memory of his Asgardian origins, giving him the identity of Dr. Don Blake.^[12] As Blake, Thor visits Scandinavia where he stumbles upon a walking stick, which he discovers can turn into Mjolnir and give him the powers of Thor.^[9] In a plot to defeat Thor, Loki provokes the Hulk into attacking a train. While Loki is successful in luring Thor out, he is accompanied by Iron Man, Ant-Man, and Wasp. After defeating Loki, the heroes come together as a superhero team, forming the Avengers.^[19] Odin eventually restores Thor as an Asgardian, revealing that Blake was a persona that he had invented for Thor.

Loki S 2 06 Glorious Purpose

In which Loki masters his time slipping and attempts to fix the Time Loom.  He keeps going back further and further in time, right to his first interview with Mobius.  None of these things work, so he goes to visit He That Remains.  They have an interesting conversation.  Then Loki figures it all out.  This leads to things being kind of reset, and there being a lot more timelines.  Mobius and Sophie visit his original timeline, then miss Loki.  The story continues in different movies and series now.  At least that is my guess.

Loki S2 05 Science/Fiction

In which Loki appears, and the TVA is gone, empty, not populated.  No one is there.  He leaps timeslips about time and place, and into branches, to find all his friends living other lives.  Casey is breaking out of a very famous prison, Mobius is a jetski salesman, single dad with two boys, B-5 is a doctor and OB is a quantum physicist (who should have been named Al, or Sam).  OB tells Loki he should be able to control his leaping about, but he can't.  He does reassamble the team, once OB makes a new tempad.  Then Sylvie refuses to join them, until the red skies take her branch.  Then the darkness comes for the team...

Loki S. 2 04- Heart of the TVA

IN WHICH we find out that He Who Remains (Kang) has wiped Ravonna's memory and took over the TVA.  A lot of people get de-rezzed, and Miss Minutes goes nuts, then herself gets de-rezzed.  She leaves behind a cryptic warning for Victor and his future.  Victor and OB meet each other, and turn into fanboys for each other.  Ravonna does mean things, and the whole timeline goes kablooey at the end of the episode.  Also, Loki mentions his brother and their past.

Loki s.2 03- 1893

 IN WHICH Loki and Mobius travel back in time to find Miss Minutes and Rayvonna.  They need Miss Minutes so OB can access the Temporal Loom.  It is stable, but still needs to be repaired.  They find Victor Timely (last seen in Quatumania) who is a variant of Kang.  The whole thing is part of a plan by He Who Remains.  Naturally, Silvie shows up, ready to kill Victor.
